Bush - Global Warming - Emissions Standards - New York Times
At first I thought this was a joke. Bush cares about the environment? It probably is a attempt from Mr. 28% approval rating to kick it up a notch 29%, or he's trying to get the ball rolling for one of his republicon buddies to use as a campaign trail lie to real some tree hugger votes in for the next election.
Here is another article, but it says pretty much the same thing.

Watching Bill Maher tonight, actor Ben Affleck really hit the nail on the head about democrats and how they whimped on the Iraq funding bills. (I hope I can find a video on Youtube later). Democrats are so affraid of being called pussies and being critized they caved in. Instead of standing up to Bush they caved in and gave him a bill he would sign. I'm amazed that after most of Ben Affleck's movie perfomances (Daredevil comes to mind) he's actually pretty smart.
I'm not going to become a Republican by any means, but Democrats are really letting me down.
Bill has Ron Paul(R. Texas) on now, he's saying some pretty good stuff. One good point if we would gain some respect, we wouldn't get attacked. Haven't the fucking republicans ever hear the phrase "keep your friends close but your enemies closer"?
Bill made a great point, you don't get to be the worst President ever without some help from the other side. Guess who the "other side" is Democrats?

Journal Gazette | 05/24/2007 | Kelty to file amended campaign finance report
Well golly gee Matty, if you weren't doing anything wrong why suddenly file a "amended campaing finace report"? Guess he really is going to bring conservitism back to Fort Wayne, the good ol' fashion corrupt kind. I can't wait to read the right wingnut blogs and see how the Kelty lovers defend this. I bet this will be a fun weekend for Fort Wayne blogs. Change Fort Wayne will have lots of fun I bet.
If Fort Wayne police are so interested in cracking down on prostitution in Fort Wayne maybe they should start at Kelty's campaign HQ?

Every once and a while someone does read this blog, I got this e-mail. I removed the phone number and the persons last name. I've been checking out the web site and there is a lot of info. Will take some time to go through it all. It's worth checking out if your tired of the same political bs.
Hi. Saw your blog posting about the possibility of Bloomberg running as an independent and thought you might be interested in checking out
www.independentvoting.org. In particular, there's a presidential poll there for independent (and independent-minded) voters. Feel free to contact me at the above email or [phone number removed] if this interests you.
Take care.

Yay, I got my name on another blog, just4therecord
ok, big f'ing deal. Not sure what I did to get called out, maybe he read my post about the 1776 thing here, I doubt that person has visited this blog though.
Some people need to lighten up, some people, liberal or con. go straight for the juggler these days. Sometimes a joke is just a joke. I know some people are passionate about the war and all, but not everything is a personal attack. I know some people make it seem that way though and bring that out easy. Debate and disagrement is great, but when you start name calling and such like a few on both sides like to do, you really drag us all down.
Anger, to the dark side it leads.

I agree, their own parliment doesn't care enough about the country. They are all going on vacation for 2 month. They must be learning how to lead from Bush. "oh gee everything is messed up? Well it's time for vacation, I'll be at the ranch."

A White-Tie Dinner for Queen’s White House Visit - New York Times
0 comments Posted by Parson at 5:57 PMA White-Tie Dinner for Queen’s White House Visit - New York Times:
Our man Bush strikes again,
"“You helped our nation celebrate its bicentennial in 17 —— ” he went on, stopping to correct himself before 1776 could slip out. The crowd erupted in laughter, and the president and the queen turned to each other for a long, silent gaze. Then, Mr. Bush turned back to the crowd with an explanation. “She gave me a look,” he said, “that only a mother could give a child.”"
Too bad she didn't give him a spanking only a mother could give a child.

Oh how I howled with laughter when I read this, What we can learn from Romney's favorite book. - By John Dickerson - Slate Magazine
To save you some trouble, apperently Mitt Romney's favorite novel is, "Battlefield Earth" by L. Ron Hubbard. (The father of scientology). If you haven't seen it, Battlefield Earth is probably the worst movie ever made (well it and Waterworld might be a tie). From what I hear the book "Battlefield Earth" isn't much better then the movie. It's kind of scary someone wanting to lead the free world has such bad taste. I guess it can't be worse then Bush, his favoite book The Stranger. It's about a Arab killer that has no remorse,(hmm sound familar).
I hope Battlefield Earth isn't going to give Romney any ideas like it did Bush.
I figure it won't be long before Romney has to flip flop and come up with something better.
I watch Romney on Jay Leno last night, he talked about how the people want a man of god running the country. I think what made me sick was the audiance seemed to just eat it up, they were cheering like mad, maybe they just liked the idea of being able to have multiple wives?
