City of Fort Wayne - Report a Pothole
If your driving in Fort Wayne and see a bad pot hole you can go to the above website and fill out a form with a few question to get it fixed. I've been lucky enough never to have hit a pot hole that did any damage to my vehicle, but I've I have seen story in the newspapers about some bad tire damage this past year.

March 25, 2008 at 8:51 PMI remember one from the late 70's on Beuter Road off of Wayne Trace that nearly swallowed my AMC Gremlin! It was filled with water and the depth was indiscernible.
